Also, a lot of us who truly want to speak up are afraid because speakin up in the past has gotten us seriously hurt, r@ped, and even murdered. So like you've mentioned, we wish for those who are in a position of more power, who wouldn't need to worry about these things happening to them when they use the voice they have to help. And they just stand there, mute.

It pisses me off to no end that I need a "man" to do these things, but JFC that's who needs to stand up to other men!!
