I constantly say this to myself, and then wonder, when the hell is the break coming?

I haven’t gotten a chance to build myself up, and yet, I remain convinced that we are not supposed to go through life feeling like shit, so I tell myself this is temporary and that the moment I get a break, it will all get better.
