I had some experience with this in the past, first with my second husband for short periods of time when he worked for GE on their windfarm projects out of state for a few months at a time, then with various guys who were in the military and ended up deployed. I learned a lot through those relationships about keeping the "flames" alive and I'm glad.

It's all about both/all parties being willing to put in the work for sure.
