I’ve found since I’ve been working with different companies and speaking more about what is and isn’t available, a lot of men complain about lack of representation within the market, but don’t seem to come prepared with solutions.
Although there have been times I sure wished I had a penis, I don’t actually possess one so who am I to come up with actionable solutions to this problem?
