Items that are categorized as food are front end and non food are backend. Because of how their computer system is designed, they are only allowed to purchase a certain number of backend items at the same time as front end. I have no idea why. So if he need a legal pad, he can’t also purchase food items that day because it causes him to “click” too much on the back end.
It makes absolutely zero sense but it’s how they have it setup. So he has to shop accordingly and make sure he gets what he need on that side of things in a certain way. And it’s difficult when he is am unable to do so consistently.
