Sadly, it's often ignored and ridiculed as much by other men as it is by society at large. This is why toxic masculinity hurts men just as much as it hurts women. I have a number of male friends who've been either groomed or flat out been assaulted by women in the past who have dealt with this and because of how they'd be viewed/treated by other men, refused to report it. Thankfully, they've (for the most part) realized they need to get help somehow so they can process what happened to them.
